How do I book TreeTop Villa?
Real-time availabilityand all reservations are handled by our partner, My Huatulco Vacation. Use the "Book Now" button anywhere on this site to reserve your stay today.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire. A digital contract and ID verification are required to complete the booking.
What are the payment terms?
A 30% deposit on the base rental rate is due at booking, plus a 9 USD admin fee and 5 USD accidental damage insurance fee. The remaining 70% plus tax is due 60 days before arrival. Last-minute stays require full payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Funds paid are non-refundable. If needed, dates can be moved without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival. Travel insurance is encouraged.
What amenities are included?
Highlights include a private saltwater pool, treetop terrace, private gym with Peloton, cold plunge, filtered water system, Sonos, smart TVs, beach chairs, umbrellas, a YETI cooler, and two paddleboards.
How close is the beach?
Playa Pescadores is about 200 meters away, roughly a 2 minute walk. The villa also has easy access to a calm private cove within Tangolunda Bay.
Is staff included?
Yes. Pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning are included. A full-time housecleaner is on site Monday through Saturday along with an on-site caretaker.
