How do I book TreeTop Villa?
All confirmed reservations, live rates, and real-time availability are handled securely through My Huatulco Vacation. Use the booking button anywhere on this site to view the current listing.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire. A digital contract and ID verification are required to complete the booking.
What are the payment terms?
A 30% deposit on the base rental rate is due at booking, plus a 9 USD admin fee and 5 USD accidental damage insurance fee. The remaining 70% plus tax is due 60 days before arrival. Last-minute stays require full payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Funds paid are non-refundable. If needed, dates can be moved without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival. Travel insurance is encouraged.
What amenities are included?
Highlights include a private saltwater plunge pool, treetop terrace, private gym with Peloton, cold plunge, filtered water system, Sonos, smart TVs, beach chairs, umbrellas, a YETI cooler, and two paddleboards.
How close is the beach?
Playa Pescadores is about 200 meters away, roughly a 2 minute walk. The villa also has easy access to a calm private cove within Tangolunda Bay.
Is staff included?
Yes. Pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning are included. Issa, the full-time housecleaner, is on site Monday through Saturday. Rosalio serves as on-site handyman and caretaker, with maintenance support on call.
Is there anything guests should know before booking?
There may be surrounding construction depending on your travel dates. If that is a concern, contact the reservations team before booking to confirm current conditions.
